智能液体玻璃涂料介绍
智能液体玻璃涂料，主要成分是纯二氧化硅，从石英砂中提取出来，根据具体的表面材质添加其它辅助材料精制而成，智能液体玻璃涂料具备优异抗污，自洁，抑菌，防水，防火，隔音，并有阻隔红外线传递，效果持久，落到表面灰尘能够自动清洁。由RPM智能涂料公司研制，生产的智能液体玻璃涂料，喷涂在物体表面能防尘抗菌，且无毒无害，用途相当广泛。
智能液体玻璃涂料不仅具备防水、防尘、防菌、透气、耐热、耐酸，和抗紫外线等多种功能，而且易于使用，不会产生任何环境后遗症。只需在溶液中添加少量无水酒精，便可将其直接喷涂在任何物体的表面。它将迅速形成一层透明薄膜，其厚度不过是头发丝的十分之一。如果您将它喷洒在物体表面，那么清洗起来就更加容易了。
智能液体玻璃涂料的功能并不仅限于此，使用的范围也相当广，建筑外墙，玻璃幕墙，大理石，人物雕像，广场建筑，家庭家具、校园、医院、皇陵，文物，一切需要保护的外表均可成为其用武之地。外表涂上一层坚硬的玻璃膜，此外，可以用于汽车挡风玻璃和玻璃门窗上。
施工前清洗物体表面的污垢，灰尘，油腻，污渍，待其干燥后，用酒精对物体表面擦拭一遍，防止表面上的油腻没有清洗干净，会影响喷涂表面美感，喷涂后30分钟干燥固化成膜，膜层透明，厚度5-8um。粒径小于20nm的粒子可良好透光，吸附和折射自然界热源 ，解决了反射型隔热产品如各种玻璃贴膜和LOW－E玻璃的二次光污染及采光等问题。
